Your first 30 DAYS will determine how FAST you can ACHIEVE your GOALS in IMG! Many studies had proven that what you consistently do in 30 days develops the HABIT or DISCIPLINE. You can google this for yourself. :)
Much the same way in doing the IMG Business and Mission. We have to go through a 30 Day Routine which will jumpstart our Business. Adherence to this and repeating the process over and over by yourself and the people you bring to the business will increase your chance in achieving success!
Here is HOW to fill it UP.
FIRST STEP: Write your NAME, DATE you JOINED, Your SMD, and Name of your SPONSOR, and the MONTH Covered by the 30 DAYS FastStart.
SECOND STEP: Define your BIGGEST WHY you Joined IMG? This is your anchor. Every-time you feel nothing is happening with you, go back to this. Let it be your energy booster, your FUEL to fire you up. Give a copy of your BIG WHY along with your PICTURE. We will welcome you in our TRM IMG MEMBERS Page.
THIRD STEP: Have your FINANCIAL CHECK UP to define your NEEDS and EXECUTE it. Remember, we cannot SHARE what we DON'T HAVE. So your goal in the first 30 DAYS is to OWN your Investment and Protection Plan.

FOURTH STEP: Create your SHARE or LOVE LIST. Write 100 names (minimum) of people you LOVE. People you want to HELP get EDUCATED. The more the better. Everyday, review your SHARE LIST and ADD on to it. Create this list on a separate FILE. You can simply write it down on a NOTEBOOK or type it in your EXCEL FILE for easier tracking. Or you may opt to type it in your NOTES in your Cell Phone. You just indicate in this FAST START Checklist how many you have so far listed by shading or encircling the total number you have created.
The creation of this list is the MOST CRUCIAL STEP. The list must include first your FAMILY , your CLOSE Friends, and then you can expand it with your FB Friends.
FIFTH STEP: Start Attending ZOOM Membership Orientation (M.O.) You can opt to attend the PRERECORDED M.O. or the LIVE M.O. We have the SCHEDULE attached here too. Prerecorded MO for Millennials by Chai, and my MO are attached here .As you view the MO.

SIXTH STEP: From your LOVE LIST, Contact them to SHARE what you have learned from the MO that you attended. Do your best to INVITE them to attend with you a ZOOM MO. And remember, as you LIST you INVITE. DO NOT WAIT FOR YOU TO COMPLETE THE 100 NAMES before YOU START INVITING.
Use all possible media and connections. FB is most common. Text, Call. You can do IG, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok and many more. Study and use our Dominate tools too.
But whatever medium you use, do it minimum of 10x per day. FB posting Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The key is you have targeted posting and general posting for your LOVE LIST. By targeted, you can TAG (@) them on your FB posts, or you may have direct messages to them.
Make sure you do a separate ZOOM Meeting with your GUESTS after MO. and Do your Series of FOLLOW UP. Get coaching from your SMD on HOW to do a FOLLOW UP.
As you do the First SIX SIMPLE STEPS, you work SIMULTANEOUSLY on your CONNECTIONS, and Your Additional TRAINING and WORKSHOPS.

Access your PORTAL. You Need to get into http://img-corp.net/ then ENTER your IMG CODE and PW which you receive from an IMG email or which you can see when you did your eJoin. Check out all the available resources, training, and tools in it. Learn HOW to Create Proposals for Kaiser, MB Life, etc. You need to learn this so you can guide your new members.

The LAST ITEM on the CHECKLIST is your GOAL SETTING. Within the next 30 DAYS after JOINING, the GOAL is to become an MD 9:9:30 Days. 9 JOIN and 9 OWN with 3 Direct or all direct. DO it by Consistently aiming and achieving GX 5:5 Every month.
If you do the STEPS Correctly and Consistently , this may not take you 30 DAYS. Aim and achieve GX every month and Run your BaseShop s GX with a GOAL to become SMD 30:30 in 90 DAYS.
For whatever your score is in the first 30 Days, it is counted too on your first 90 DAYS. So just keep using this 30 DAY CL on the next 3 MONTHS to achieve your SMD. It is very important you keep your SMD Updated on your progress.
