When your BASESHOP; who are your team mates that are not yet SMD, you are entitled to OVERRIDE Commissions. And when they BECOME SMD too, you can EARN ROYALTY INCOME.

SMD Position is EQUIVALENT to a MANAGER POSITION. Including the EARNING POTENTIALS of 50 to 100K Pesos per month..
