What's the Next STEPS? How do we translate INSPIRATION to ACTION? 

We completed the March 12, 2023 Taipei Convention of Champions . I am sure all of us were INSPIRED by what we heard and LEARNED from the COACHES, TRAINERS and SHARERS.

Our team : The TRULY RICH MAKERS had more than 1,000 registered attendees all over the World! Arnel and Jill Pablo has the highest net CEO Delegates. He was able to register more than 120 delegates followed by Malvin and Matin with 68+ !!!

Here is a compilation of some of the attendees. Andyan ka ba? Sobrang dami natin, di kaya ng isang blog. 

But I am sure you were all INSPIRED by GJ Realiza na DH sa Hong Kong. Inspiring din ang Cardiologist from SG, and many other ordinary people turned amazing IMG GJs! Of course, we also are all happy and inspired by our very own Jessie Baul who had been able to complete his run to CEO! Dating Engineer ngayon CEO na sa IMG!

Of course congratulations sa ating mga bigating Top SuperBase Ana May and Jerry Udarbe, Matin and Malvin Leano, and Nanette and Yanmar Del Rosario.

Kung kinaya nilang lahat kaya din natin. Tama? Nakakahiya naman di ba na natin magawa ang nagawa nila. Ang  tanong ay paano natin GAGAWIN? I want to offer a STRATEGY I had been using for more than 17 years. And that is DDCAMP.

Let me add another D! DESIRE. We have to attach your declaration to your BIG WHY so you can elevate your DREAMS to DESIRE. 

So how do we ACHIEVE our DREAMS? We need to transform the INSPIRATION into ACTION. We need to ACT on our DREAMS Daily!

Run the Wealth Creation System Daily. To do that we need to MASTER the WCS by attending the ON-LINE Classes which we can access in our  IMG Member's Portal. The very first activity we need to do is LIST up the names of all the people we want to educate starting with our own family. If we are married, our spouse. And if we have children 18 years and above, put them in your list and register them in the CAMPAIGN COUNTER.

Build your MD Factory daily. Consistently achieve the GX 3:5 and build your Associate to be GX and GX Builders too!

Breakdown your GOALS into DAILY Activities. To achieve GX 3:5 you need to talk to at least 2 people every day. To be an SMD, on a regular run of 30:30:90 days, we need to talk to about 100 people every month or about 3-4 every day and have at least 3 Members per week. And you do this in 3 months!

Wenhad this Special SMD run is from March 13 to May 15 only. Thus, our DAILY ACTIVITIES to achieve the PROMOTION we DESIRE will be: If you are running for SMD, you and your whole team must be able to APPROACH minimum of 4 people everyday for 60 days only instead of 90 Days! 

Everyone must do their best to personally APPROACH at least 2 Family Members, Friends, Friends of friends, and Social Media Friends everyday using all available means (Messenger, FB, TikTok, Email, Dominate Tools, etc.).

We need to BUILD DEEP and WIDE. Which means that even if our direct are active or not, we need to continue to RECRUIT and RETAIN direct members. And for those INACTIVE Direct, we need to find who are active under them that we can link and build.

On a DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY, YEARLY basis we need to MONITOR our RESULTS. We have to TREAT our MISSION as a REAL BUSINESS. And what should we MONITOR?

We need to monitor our daily RESULTS. Early in the morning, we need to DECLARE/REPORT our COMMITMENT. And in the evening we need to report our RESULTS to our chat group with our mentors.

Everything we do. All the plans we have, we need to offer back to GOD. Thus, at the beginning or end of each day, we need to PRAY. Pray that we are given the strength of mind , body and spirit to be able to do our MISSION. And I highly recommend the above PRAYER of Bro Bo Sanchez!

Empleyado 6% per year Ave increase so 12 years dodoble income mo. 

Sa business you can double your income every 6 years. 

If you  started with 10K/month as employee. In 24 years your salary will be about 40k. 

Sa business, let’s assume you can earn about 7k/month in the first year. In 6 years 14k , on the 12th year 28K on the 18th year 56K and 112k in 24 years. So in business even if you start small, you can exceed those that had been an employee for 24 years. 

Same is true if you invest 10k on 6% vs  12%. And of course it also work against you if you borrow money at 12% or higher vs 6% and lower. 

And the sad thing is many don’t know this or simply accept it without so much re-thinking. 

I am glad I learned this and applied it on my own financial life. I switched (by God’s Grace) from Employee to a Business Owner and I stopped borrowing money from high interest loans and credit cards. I also shifted to investing the right way. 

I hope you read it up to this point. I encourage you take the bold step. Transition from being an Employee to an Business  Owner or be an employee and entrepreneur at the same time. Get out of bad debts. Invest correctly.
