Building with Solid Foundation

Last September 2023, we had our picture taken in Dubai with Burj Khalifa as our background. This building standing more than 828M is so far, as of to date, is the tallest building in the whole world.  It took six-years (Jan 2004- Jan 2010)  to construct and definitely had the most enormous foundation to keep the building stable and strong.

We had our picture too at Petronas Towers (452M) which is the Tallest Twin Towers in the world and it's located in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. It took 5 years to build (1993-1998)

Why do we choose to take pictures on tall buildings? 

I want all of us to build our wealth as high as we could but with SOLID FOUNDATION. Because like these tall buildings, our Financial Foundation must be able to withstand financial earthquakes and storms such as medical issues, death, and inflation.

In IMG we were able to learn the concepts and execute it that enabled us to build our solid financial foundation in 5 years. We were able to get out of debts, and was able to recover our lost income from our jobs.

3 Myths About Financial Freedom- HARV EKER

Are you Financially FREE? Do you know, really know if you are indeed FINANCIALLY FREE?

A lot of people are mistaken for they are caught by the wrong beliefs. And I totally agree with these 3 Myths as eMailed to me by HARV EKER:

"Myth #1: You need to be debt-free before you can work on becoming financially free."

Our definition of financial freedom is when your passive income exceeds your monthly expenses. SO even if you have monthly payables, amortization, and credit card debts, you can still be financially free. As long as your passive income exceeds your expenses.

Myth #2: You’re too old (or too young) for financial freedom.

What you focus on expands! The sooner you start focusing on financial freedom, the sooner you’ll reach it. It doesn't matter what season in your life you are in. It doesn't matter how old or young you are. The important thing is you start your journey to financial freedom. I started my journey when I was 51, and did it in 5 years.

Myth #3: You need to be rich before you can be financially free.

Being rich doesn't mean being financially free. For instance, we've all heard of famous celebrities or athletes with million-dollar contracts who wind up owing so much money that they go bankrupt. They were rich but not financially free.

For me, Financial Freedom simply means that your monthly INCOME from whatever source or sources, be it PASSIVE or ACTIVE is more than what YOU NEED. It's having Peace of Mind.

As ROBERT KIYOSAKI would put it, "For me, it's about freedom to spend my time the way I choose."

Time Wealth Health...

3 major factors in Life: Time, Wealth, Health. When we are very young, we can be healthy and may have time but we may not have wealth.

When we are are middle age, we may still be healthy, but we may not have the time for we are busy building our wealth.

In our senior years, we may have the time and wealth but we may not be healthy.

So it is essential that we create a good balance and be able to stay healthy, wealthy and with time freedom.

In IMG, I am glad I reach that balance. I have the time freedom. I am healthy and stress free. And I have the financial capability to travel the World, go cruising, enjoy life.

We just came from Korea then in about amonth flew to Taipei. On then in Japan, then fly to Sydney. Return by end of June then by August fly to Europe for our Baltic Cruise, the by September do the Mediterranean Cruise all in one year 2023. And not yet finalized maybe spend a week in Hawaii and then Vienna!

Thanks be to God for this amazing life of freedom and balance. Thanks to IMG!
